Lasagna

So this is my second attempt at cooking lasagna. The first time I tried to was back in Australia (about 6 years ago?), with the help of Ellie Khoo, when she, myself, KC and Cyen were supposed to be studying for our exams together. Haha ..... kononnya motivate each other lar ...  =_=''

In view of the long preparation time, I had prepared the meat sauce the night before and stored it in the fridge. So on the day itself, all I had to do was to prepare the cheese sauce to finish off the top most layer and throw it into the oven to bake.

And this, was the result:

Presentation phail ... but its really quite yummy ... *syok sendiri*

And of course, to complement the dish above, healthy vegetables!

Was actually quite proud of my lasagnaaaa!!!  Yes Val, you can buy me another basket.  :p
